Our Brazilian coffee is sourced directly from the esteemed Fazenda Santa Barbara in the lush regions of Parana and Sao Paulo, Brazil. Our Brazil Santos is crafted from a blend of the finest Catuai and Mundo Novo varieties, grown at an altitude of 750-1050 meters. The volcanic loam soil in this region imparts a unique depth to the beans
Carefully roasted to a medium level, striking the perfect balance between the bean’s natural flavors and a rich, smooth profile. The pulped natural processing method, followed by sun drying, preserves the coffee's innate sweetness and adds a luxurious, creamy mouthfeel.
