A coffee blend is a mixture of two or more different origin coffee beans. Normally, single origin coffees are roasted to a light to medium level, so they maintain the unique origin flavor. Our blends (both the individual components and the blend itself) are tested weekly by our professional tasters to ensure quality and flavor.
